Acquisition specialist William Bradford joins American Broadband

CHARLOTTE, NC, June 9 … American Broadband Communications (ABB) today announced that William H. Bradford has joined the rural telecommunications company as vice president of corporate development.

Prior to joining American Broadband, Bradford was vice president of corporate development with FairPoint Communications, Inc., where he was responsible for negotiating mergers and acquisitions of local exchange carriers and related businesses. Bradford is a cum laude graduate of Wake Forest University with a degree in mathematical economics. He will work out of American Broadband’s Charlotte office.
