American Broadband Acquires Missouri Cable TV Systems

Charlotte, NC, August 6, 2008: American Broadband ( ABB ) has completed its purchase of Cable Television systems passing 3,300 households in Wheatland, Weaubleau, Hermitage, Pittsburg, Galmey, and Humansville, MO from Newwave Communications.

These systems will operate under the name of American Broadband Missouri which also includes markets in nearby Rich Hill.
